Return Policy: All items are made to order or made custom, at this time we are not accepting returns.



However, if there are any problems with your order, please contact us at with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Mailing Address
  • Description and a photo of the issue. 

 Please allow 3-5 business days for us to address these issues.

If you have tracking information but your package hasn't arrived or it did arrive but it is damaged, you can fill out a claim with the Route Insurance provided. Please let us know if you need help with this, we would be glad to help! 

*Please Note: Route Insurance will cover any claims approved if Route Insurance was included in your order.
